Ankita Goswami, an Advocate with extensive expertise in various legal domains, including Business & Corporate Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and more. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B), and a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) experience in Business & Corporate Law. In addition to her legal practice is, she was visiting faculty member at H.L. Commerce College, where she taught Business Law, Labour Law, and Company Law, shaping the next generation of legal professionals. She has learned various legal aspects through her internships during the study of law. She is having expertise spans a wide array of legal areas such as civil and revenue matters, intellectual property, banking law, family law, corporate law, and more, including representing clients in High Court, NCLT and IBC matters.
